Electronic Disclosure: Meeting the Challenge - SCL Half Day Seminar
The seminar will focus on how to carry out electronic disclosure in a manner consistent with the CPR and the Practice Direction on Disclosure, whether there is scope for guidelines on what is best practice to be developed, and how to manage the process to avoid incurring excessive cost.
The cost of attendance at this seminar is £82.25 inc. VAT for members and £116.33 inc. VAT for non-members. VAT invoices will be issued to all delegates.

Under the Solicitors Regulation Authority CPD scheme, ILEX’s CPD Scheme and the Bar Standards Board – new and established practitioner programmes this seminar is accredited with 2.45 hours.

Cancellations will not be accepted (and refunds made) unless received in the Society’s offices in Bristol at least one week before the date of the relevant event or meeting.
