Stewart James, Chair
Stewart is a Partner at DLA Piper UK LLP.
Stewart is commercial ICT specialist. He acts for both public and private sector clients on major ICT procurements, outsourcings, e-commerce and software licensing. Stewart has developed particular expertise in respect of public sector procurements run under the public procurement regulations. Additionally, he assisted the Office of Government Commerce in its development of the Decision Map Guidance for IT Contracts (published in November 2004). Stewart also advises on wider issues of intellectual property as well as data protection issues and the Freedom of Information Act.
