Andrew is a Partner and Head of Commercial at White & Black Limited. Olympia is a final seat Trainee Solicitor at TLT LLP with the view to qualify as a Technology and Data Solicitor, carving out her own niche in cybersecurity. She completed a 9-month seat in Tech, IP and Data working on high-value technology transactions and providing advice on prominent data protection issues with a focus on the financial sector. She also completed an in-house secondment at one of TLT’s key clients, being the point of contact for the Data Protection and Cyber teams. Peter specialises in cybersecurity, intellectual property disputes and commercial disputes, especially in the IT, technology, digital media, and software sectors. Marc is a technology specialist with 30 years’ experience gained in private practice, as well as in-house at Equifax and Microsoft. He advises clients in the technology, life sciences, and financial services sectors on data protection & privacy, cyber risk and digital regulation.

Prior to joining S&W Mark spent three years founding and leading the cyber security and data protection consulting practice of a global law firm.
