Date: Wednesday 5 July 2017
Time:  From 6 pm
Venue: Baker & McKenzie LLP, 100 New Bridge St, London EC4V 6JA.  Map

The SCL Knowledge Management Group has been undertaking some research about the so-called ‘value added services’ being offered to clients by law firms in order to consider

- How far are these delivering value to the client
- How could they be better targeted to meet their needs in the most efficient way?
- What types of arrangement can provide a win-win so that both sides benefit?

In this session the results of consultations with in house teams and a number of law firms will be discussed, and input from delegates participating in the discussion will be gathered.  Participants in the discussion will receive a summary of the findings of the research once it is completed.

There is no charge for this session and it is open to law firms and in-house teams.
