A meeting of the SSCL

AGM (6.00 pm): for members only        

The Annual General Meeting of Scottish Society for Computers and Law will take place on Tuesday, 5 December 2017, at 6pm in Edinburgh.

The venue for the meeting will be Burness Paull LLP, 50 Lothian Road, Edinburgh EH3 9WJ.

A number of the present Board Members are eligible for re-election by rotation for a further three year period and all have indicated that they are prepared to stand. The Articles allow up to nine directors and there are currently no vacancies. The current directors recommend that the existing Board Members are re-elected. However, should any member wish to put forward any alternative candidates for consideration at the AGM, a form of nomination is attached. This should be completed with the names, addresses and signatures of proposers and seconders, and should be sent in writing to the Company Secretary at CCW, 1 Rutland Square, Edinburgh EH1 2AS by 4th December 2017.

The formal business will commence at 6pm with refreshments available from 5.30pm.

Administration notes
Attendance at this meeting is only open to SSCL members.

To join SSCL you must first join SCL. SCL membership includes at least 6 copies of the SCL magazine "Computers & Law" plus notification of future SSCL meetings. The cost of annual SCL membership including SSCL membership is £125.00.
