The TV market is currently undergoing radical change as traditional broadcasting giants and Silicon Valley entrants to the market battle it out for a share of viewers both in the living room and on mobile. New technologies and “over the top” distribution of audio-visual content via the internet mean that regulators at a European and national level are looking at whether currently regulatory regimes are fit for purpose.
This session will explore the commercial, legal and regulatory implications of these developments.
