A meeting of the Scottish SCL - free to attend and open to all

In 2017, the International Council for Commercial Arbitration together with the New York City Bar and the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution formed a Working Group on Cybersecurity in International Arbitration under the chairmanship of Brandon Malone.
In April 2018 the Working Group launched its Draft Protocol which is available at http://www.arbitration-icca.org/projects/Cybersecurity-in-International-Arbitration.html. Brandon will look at the provisions of the draft protocol, and consider its potential uses in the wider commercial sphere.

Brandon Malone is the principal of specialist dispute resolution practice Brandon Malone & Company in Edinburgh, and an Associate Member of Quadrant Chambers in London. He is the Chairman of the Scottish Arbitration Centre and lectures widely on dispute resolution topics. He regularly sits as an arbitrator in complex commercial cases. Brandon was one of the founding directors of the Scottish Society for Computers and Law and has a strong interest in technology. He chairs the ICCA – New York City Bar – CPR Institute Working Group on Cybersecurity in International Arbitration.
