Join us for our new series of fast-paced, practical lunchtime sessions led by experts from DLA Piper, Bristows, and more. From navigating Trump’s tariffs to mastering outsourcing, liability, robotics, and digital transformation—these one-hour webinars bring client-tested insights straight to the SCL community. Fresh topics, expert speakers, and no fluff—just smart, digestible legal know-how.

The session will look at the current shape of the outsourcing market in terms of types of deals and trends, before focussing on some macro factors associated with the impact of hyperscale cloud based services and the impact of AI.

We will then review a series of topical contract drafting issues and look at how the provisions of various clauses continue to evolve.

The session will consider the perspectives of both the buyer and supplier communities
