As cyberattacks, data misuse and digital asset disputes continue to reshape the litigation landscape, this year’s Tech Disputes Network Conference in association with SCL brings together leading practitioners, experts and in-house counsel to explore the legal, technical and strategic challenges at the cutting edge of contentious technology law. From recent developments in theft of confidential information and the evolving question of who owns crypto after a hack, to the admissibility of illegally obtained evidence and the realities of group claims following data misuse, the programme tackles the issues defining modern disputes practice.
