Mark Culbert, Partner, iLaw

Clive Freedman, Barrister, 3VB Chambers

Clive Freedman is a Barrister, Arbitrator and Mediator practising at 3 Verulam Buildings. His practice covers commercial disputes generally, including information technology, banking and financial services, arbitration and expert determination. He is co-author of Kendall on Expert Determination, and has contributed to Banking Litigation, Bullen & Leake & Jacob's Precedents of Pleadings (chapter on IT Disputes), and Electronic Evidence (chapter on electronic disclosure). He is Fellow of the SCL, and a former trustee. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a Fellow of the British Computer Society and former Chair of its Disciplinary Panel.

Lee is a commercial lawyer who specialises in the resolution of disputes, particularly those arising out of technology, outsourcing and telecommunications contracts. He regularly advises clients on data security and managing data breaches including third party claims.

Mark Davenport, Partner, Eversheds Sutherland LLP

Mark is a partner in our Litigation and Dispute Management practice group in London. He specialises in heavyweight commercial litigation, and leads the Commercial Dispute Resolution group in London and our International Commercial Disputes product group.

Jon Spain, Actuary

Jon Spain is a professional Actuary and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, with experience in the private and public sectors, spanning 40 years. He is on the Board of his local synagogue and Treasurer of Community Voice Health, a patient/member-led community organisation monitoring NHS Trusts and CCGs. Mr Spain is about to retire from the Civil Service.

Gideon Shirazi, Barrister, 4 Pump Court

Gideon specialises in high-value, complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. His work often involves complex conflict of laws and jurisdictional issues, and foreign law or jurisdictions, including China (Mainland and Hong Kong), Singapore, the USA, Russia, CIS countries, the Middle East and Gulf region, various African states and India. These cases often raise complex scientific, technological, engineering, statistical and financial elements which Gideon is uniquely well-placed to deal with because of his maths background.
