Marta is a Senior Associate in the Privacy, Security and Information Law Group at Fieldfisher. She specialises in data protection and privacy matters, and has significant experience working on general commercial contracts. She has assisted numerous UK based and international organisations with data protection compliance projects, including advising on data sharing and data processing agreements, data export solutions and BCR, cookies projects, privacy impact assessments, privacy by design, user rights, SARs, internal policy and consumer facing policy reviews.
