On 13 February, the Article 29 Working Party published the
following documents:

Guidelines on
Personal data breach notification under Regulation 2016/679 (wp250rev.01)

Guidelines on the
application and setting of administrative fines (wp253)
The first three documents are revised versions of earlier
texts, taking account of the comments made on the drafts and the uncertainties
and difficulties identified – or at least some of them. The last document, on
fines, is shown as adopted on 3 October 2017 and now being available in other
languages.
A further document, WP262, is open
for consultation until 26 March. It seeks to provide guidance as to the
application of Article 49 of the GDPR on derogations in the context of
transfers of personal data to third countries
