The cloud market is evolving beyond the form we have known it for the last 20 years, driven in part by the rise of AI and by a flurry of EU regulation.
Technology lawyers who work on AI or cloud deals need to understand these changes to be best placed to negotiate cloud and AI contracts.
The webinar will cover:
- The different types of cloud-based AI services that are available, and the key distinctions between them from a lawyer’s point of view
- How cloud platforms are evolving to accommodate business demand for AI (e.g. neoclouds, GPUaaS, model-as-a-service, software-as-a-service)
- The impact of EU regulation and the increasing focus on “digital sovereignty”, including the new proposed Cloud and AI Development Act
