Speaker Alice Esuola-Grant also discusses the Consumer Rights Directive and its implementation in the UK, as well as the EU’s unjustified geo-blocking regulations and the Digital Services Act. The session also touches on the need for clear and transparent information provision on e-commerce sites, including details about the checkout process, error identification, and contract languages.
