Why is this training relevant?

By now, most tech lawyers will have gone through a tough contractual negotiation with their suppliers or customers, with particular sticking points likely including liability, termination, and remedies.

Now is the time to consider the key strategies that shape successful contractual negotiations, especially as the evolving digital landscape continues to influence deal terms and dynamics with both suppliers and customers. Whether you’re navigating Master Service Agreements, cloud and SaaS arrangements, software development contracts, reseller and distribution contracts, outsourcing arrangements, or licensing deals, many negotiations ultimately hinge on critical clauses such as liability, indemnity, and termination.

So how should customers and suppliers think about negotiating the key terms in these contracts? This is the theme of this half-day event.

Key topics and discussion areas:

This masterclass offers a contractual dive into the critical clauses that shape technology agreements. Through an interactive format, the speakers explore how these clauses are negotiated from both supplier and customer perspectives, with practical insights into drafting strategies and negotiation tactics.
