HM Land Registry has now concluded its recent consultation about e-conveyancing and published its findings in March. This coincides with the ongoing industry debate about the use of Sellers Packs and their likely introduction by Government in this Parliament and how information may be transferred across and between technologies to deliver more seamless conveyancing and information sharing.
