SCL Tea & Tech
SCL ‘Tea & Tech’ meetings are informal drop-in discussions held via Zoom. Started during Covid as a way of keeping connected the series progressed and topics range from quantum computing to limitation clauses. Visit this page to see previous events.

Career Support

SCL Adjudication Scheme

The SCLA is a three-month procedure for “technology” disputes. There is no restriction on the size or scope of technology disputes that may be referred provided that the matter is capable of resolution within the timescales provided for in the Rules. Read all the key details of the Scheme here.
SCL Mediation Scheme
The SCLM is a new mediation scheme for the resolution of technology disputes in England & Wales. It is intended to help achieve consensual resolution of “technology” disputes. Find out more details about the new Scheme or apply to join the panel here.

The SCL Mentoring Scheme is designed to help connect industry professionals with aspiring student Lawyers/Tech lawyers.
