Yet, industry intelligence is that only 11 – 20% percent or so of AI Use cases typically make it into production. A key question for most businesses is why that is and this session will be a senior level panel discussion including Lord Clement-Jones CBE and Angela Luget (Partner, McKinsey) covering the core reasons and ways to address those so as to tap into the benefits of AI and scale deployment effectively.

Session 3: AI Mock Adjudication:
Experience a live mock adjudication of an AI dispute, with IT expert, Dr Gillian Hunt, sitting as the adjudicator, with counsel including Matthew Lavy KC (opponent TBC), making submissions.

At the end of this session, we are excited to launch the new SCL Mediation Scheme.
