Securing the Deal in Government Contracting

Those close to public sector ICT procurement may be aware of a recent change in status of the security provisions in the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) Model Services Agreement and Guidance. An OGC Procurement Policy Note confirmed that, as of 1 July 2008, these provisions became mandatory for all UK government ICT contracts.
