Previous Tech Law Essentials modules have looked at some of the key features of IT contracts, as well as the underlying legal concepts. However, life at the sharp end also involves negotiating contracts in this area. Successful negotiation is both a legal and a broader commercial skill. Unsuccessful negotiation risks problems arising for one or both parties in the future.In this module, the speakers will examine a number of facets of negotiating an IT contract, including:
