Join us for this masterclass exploring how the public sector will procure IT projects under the Procurement Act 2023. We will explore the regulatory landscape and how the Procurement Act 2023 affects how procurement processes operate, as well as the impacts of the new regulation on how contracts are managed – of interest to both public sector customers and private sector suppliers bidding for the contracts. We will also look forward and identify future trends in government IT projects, identifying key policy decisions that may affect how the public sector consumes IT and where opportunity and risk lies for the private sector in supplying government. This is an essential event for lawyers working in, or advising clients on, public procurement of IT projects.
